Technique and execution is without a doubt one of the most important aspects of training and rehabilitation. Our qualified physiotherapists and personal trainers ensure your safety and provide you with the most optimal method to achieve your goals.

Once your program is complete and confident to begin your independent training, you will then be followed up with once a month to update programs and for maintenance.

aCCESS TO MACHINES DESIGNED TO STRENGTHEN MUSCLE GROUPS

We strengthen using machines designed to isolate targeted muscle groups at Fitness First. There are a variety of equipment from free weights, simple machines and a functional area.

We aim to improve your quality of life through strengthening all your muscle groups and common movement patterns.

Personalized Training Program

Strengthen your body in only two 45 Minute sessions per week.

The World Health Organization and current research recommends a minimum of strength training 2 times a week to stay both physically and mentally healthy, increase strength, improve mobility and improve cardiovascular risk factors.

pHYSIOTHERAPY

FOR A THOROUGH EXAMINation, baseline measurement and treatment

Your journey begins with an initial consultation with a qualified physiotherapist. An assessment will be conducted to find your strength and weaknesses along with a baseline measurement of your current fitness levels.

A comprehensive treatment plan will then be put together including a combination of symptom management, massage, dry needling along with rehabilitation exercises to prepare you for your journey of strengthening and conditioning.
